1. Operator and scope
This website and the Diloxy brand are operated by Tecoow Network SRL ("Tecoow", "Diloxy", "we", "us"). The company details and direct contact information required for the service provider are displayed beside these terms.
These terms apply to browsing this website, using its public features, reading the Engineering Log, and submitting an enquiry. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. No client engagement through website use
Website content, project examples, indicative prices, timelines, technical commentary, and responses to preliminary enquiries are general information and do not constitute a binding offer, professional guarantee, or commitment to accept a project. A client relationship begins only when the relevant parties sign a written agreement, proposal, statement of work, order, or other binding instrument.
A separately executed master services agreement, statement of work, or similar contract prevails over these website terms for the subject matter it covers.
3. Intended audience
The website primarily presents business-to-business software, design, data, and technology services. If you use the website as a consumer, nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others;
- attempt unauthorised access, security testing, disruption, denial of service, malware delivery, or circumvention of technical controls;
- use automated extraction or scraping in a way that burdens the service, bypasses controls, or infringes rights;
- submit confidential, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or unlawful material;
- misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, or the origin of communications;
- copy or exploit website material beyond what applicable law permits.
We may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, and notify competent authorities where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
5. Enquiries and user submissions
You are responsible for ensuring information you submit is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share. Do not send source code, credentials, personal data about third parties, regulated information, or trade secrets before suitable confidentiality and processing terms are in place.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a limited right to review, store, reproduce, and internally share it only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, maintain security, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand elements, interface, text, graphics, software, demonstrations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tecoow Network SRL and are protected by intellectual-property law. Client names, trademarks, screenshots, and project materials remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed only where authorised or otherwise lawful.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and view the site for legitimate personal or business evaluation. No source-code, trademark, patent, database, or other intellectual-property licence is granted by implication.
7. Technical and editorial information
Engineering Log articles and other technical materials are educational and may omit context necessary for a particular system. Technology, security conditions, pricing, and legal requirements change. You should perform independent technical, legal, financial, and security assessment before relying on website material.
8. Third-party websites and services
Links, external images, social networks, maps, and third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices and do not endorse every statement they contain. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and notices.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain a reliable website but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. We may modify, suspend, secure, or discontinue any public feature for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We may correct errors and update content without notice.
10. Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and its informational content are provided “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in a signed contract. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, suitable for a specific system, or free of all defects. This clause does not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to that rule, Tecoow Network SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on free public website content, loss of opportunity, or third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
Any liability connected with paid services is governed by the applicable signed client agreement. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Privacy and optional technologies
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and external media. Optional technologies are not loaded until the relevant choice is made, and preferences may be changed through the footer’s “Cookie Settings” control.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Courts with jurisdiction under Romanian and applicable EU law may hear disputes. For business users, the competent courts in Bucharest will have jurisdiction unless a binding written agreement provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and rights are not displaced.
14. General provisions
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect and the affected provision applies to the maximum lawful extent. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these website terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a lawful reorganisation or transfer of the website business.
15. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The effective date will be updated. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Questions or notices may be sent using the service-provider contact details beside this document.
16. Romanian service-provider disclosure
Current company information is displayed to support the general-information requirements in Article 5 of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and will be updated when the company's information changes.
