1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small data files a website or third party may place on a device. Local storage is a browser feature that stores information on the device without using a traditional cookie. Similar technologies can also read device information or cause a browser to contact an external provider.
Romanian and EU rules generally require clear information and prior consent before non-essential information is stored on or accessed from a device. Storage strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user is treated differently.

We currently do not deploy advertising, cross-site behavioural tracking, or audience-measurement cookies through this website. If analytics or marketing tools are added, they must be blocked by default, added to this table, and activated only after valid consent where required.
3. Necessary storage
The consent preference is necessary to remember whether you rejected or allowed optional external media and to avoid repeatedly displaying the banner. It does not track browsing activity across websites and is not used for advertising. If you delete browser storage, use private browsing, change browser profiles, or the preference expires, the banner will appear again.
4. Optional external media
The Bucharest map is blocked until you select “Accept optional”, enable “External media” in custom settings, or choose “Allow and load map” on the About page. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the rest of the website; the location remains available as text.
When loaded, OpenStreetMap receives technical connection information such as IP address, browser headers, requested resource, and time of access. Its processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
5. Your choices
- Reject optional: only the necessary preference record is stored.
- Accept optional: external media may load.
- Customize: choose the external-media category separately.
- Withdraw or change: reopen the panel at any time using the button below or “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. Reloading the page after changing a preference may be necessary to terminate an already established third-party connection.
6. Browser controls
Browsers allow you to inspect, delete, or block cookies and local storage. Blocking all storage may cause the preference banner to reappear because the site cannot remember your choice. Browser controls operate independently of this site’s consent panel.
7. Who is responsible
Tecoow Network SRL is responsible for the first-party preference mechanism. The company details appear beside this policy. External providers are responsible for processing they independently determine after their content is loaded; relevant provider notices are linked above.
8. Changes
We will update this policy and increment the consent version when categories, purposes, providers, or retention periods materially change. A new choice will be requested when required.
