What we delivered
Diloxy designed and built the complete product: online reservations, proximity and availability-based notary discovery, searchable records for documents and client cases, employee task tracking, and OCR that extracts identity data to pre-fill documents and reduce transcription errors.

Impact
The concept was validated with notaries and tested with external users. Early use showed a clearer way to organize appointments and cases, retrieve archived information, connect clients with available notaries, and reduce avoidable document-entry mistakes. Public launch is still to be announced.
